Rodriann Fuentes Nail Studio, LLC Hello my beautiful ladies!!! Let’s talk a bit about myself, I am a wife and mother of 2 beautiful children. I have been doing nails since I was 15 years old since in Puerto Rico, is not until 2020 when I decided to start again and take formal classes to have my license here in Florida. I went to art school in Puerto Rico and I have a passion for drawing, that is when I found nails as a canvas to show my passion and skills, show me what you want and let’s make it happen. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Rodriann Fuentes Nail Studio By booking an appointment and receiving services, all clients agree to the following Policies & Conditions of Service.
APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
* A valid deposit may be required to secure appointments.
* Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go toward the total service cost.
* Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
* Please arrive on time for your appointment.
LATE POLICY
* Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
* Late arrivals may result in shortened services to avoid delaying other clients.
* Full service charges may still apply for late arrivals.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
* A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
* Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
* No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
* Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future services.
NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances once a service has been completed.
Due to the time, products, and labor involved in nail services:
* Refunds will NOT be given for change of mind
* Refunds will NOT be given for dissatisfaction after leaving the appointment
* Refunds will NOT be given due to normal wear, breakage, or improper aftercare
If there is an issue with the service, clients must contact Rodriann within 24–48 hours of the appointment for review.
REPAIR POLICY
* Repairs for qualifying issues must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment.
* Complimentary fixes are provided only for workmanship-related issues approved by the technician.
* Repairs due to accidents, improper care, biting, picking, or excessive force are not free and will require an additional charge.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due immediately after services are completed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
* Cash
* Credit/Debit Cards
* Cash App
* Zelle
* Apple Pay
* Other approved methods
Failure to pay for services may result in refusal of future appointments and possible collection efforts.
EXTRA GUESTS & CHILDREN
* Only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless approved beforehand.
* For safety and insurance reasons, children should not be left unattended in the salon.
* Excessive distractions may result in appointment cancellation.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients must inform the technician of:
* Nail infections
* Fungus
* Open wounds
* Allergies or sensitivities
Rodriann Fuentes Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may affect safety or sanitation.
RESPECT & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Respectful behavior is required at all times.
Any of the following may result in immediate refusal of service:
* Disrespectful behavior
* Harassment
* Threats
* Inappropriate language
* Failure to follow salon policies
PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA
Photos/videos of completed work may be taken for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise before the service begins.
AGREEMENT TO POLICIES
By booking an appointment and receiving services from Rodriann Fuentes Nails Studio clients acknowledge that they:
* Have read and understood all policies
* Agree to all terms and conditions
* Understand that all sales and services are final
* Accept the salon’s no refund policy
